The philosophy of Huma Betang as a local philosophy which has wealth, eventually capable in making communities around Central Kalimantan, including subjects in SD Negeri Lampeong as the oldest elementary school survived, empowered to be consistent manner on actualizing itself as a humane elementary school. Furthermore, researchers used interview techniques as qualitative research by conducting data through audio recordings via subjects' speech/narratives on teachers' and students' experiences upon encountering curriculum trajectory diversity across Central Kalimantan. Aim of field research is to verify the extent of those narratives became policies intended by relevant parties for SD Negeri Sampeong to empower and survive within the uncertainty situations. Results showed that the trajectory of the curriculum diversity over time did not become an obstacle during the learning process even though it suffered from various stagnation, both inside and outside the school
