ABSTRACTThe purpose of this paper is to explain that learning is the main activity in the whole educational process in schools. Learning is a process to achieve the success of educational goals in schools. The success of student learning depends on how the learning process is experienced by students as students, and teachers as educators who are directly involved in the implementation of learning. To improve the learning process of students, teachers must be able to choose and apply appropriate learning methods to improve student achievement. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative analysis. active knowledge sharing is a strategy thatcan bring students of SMA Negeri-1 Manuhing to be ready and active in learning activities. This strategy can be used to see the level of ability of students in learning.

AbstractResearch aims to show how the teacher's contribution to the formation of students' disciplined personality. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, data sources there are 3 teachers. The results of the research at SMP Negeri 1 Benua Lima, Kab. East Barito shows that the contribution of classroom teachers in the formation of students' discipline character is the teacher as educator, instructor, mentor, coach, and evaluator. Meanwhile, efforts are made by using the method of habituation, example, discussion, lecture, and simulation. The results of this study indicate that there is a reflection of the habit of obeying the rules that exist in school. The teacher's role in shaping character through disciplinary values in students is the accuracy of the teacher when he comes to school and comes according to the applicable schedule. Then, shaking hands with fellow teachers, the teacher's supporting factors in shaping character through disciplinary values in students include the direct control of the principal either by being directly involved or through routine evaluations. There is an active role from the teacher council, there is an active role from parents, students' awareness, and there is cohesiveness between the principal and the teachers. The method used is qualitative research with interview techniques to research subjects.
